*This document replaces the "Voice Integrity — Terms for the Author's Note" and "The Author, The Artist, The Architecture" sections of the original Working Note. All prior guidance remains in effect except where explicitly revised below. The updates reflect architectural decisions made during the Surgery piece session of April 18, 2026, including: the full ecosystem mapping, the Move Ma Live flagship podcast, the repositioned four-name architecture, and the both/and theological posture that now governs language for the Divine across all author work.*

# **Voice Integrity — Terms for the Author's Note**

The Author's Note at the front of The Visionary Blueprint must do one job before it does anything else: set the terms of the voice the reader is about to encounter. This is not defensive positioning. It is sovereign positioning.

Before the reader reaches page one, they must understand:

- This is Schermisia D. Chambers' voice. Not a sanitized version. Not an industry-approved version. Not a polished-for-comfort version.

- If a sentence lands sharp, it is supposed to. If a sentence curses, it is supposed to. If a sentence slides between scripture and slang in the same paragraph, it is supposed to.

- The voice moves between boardroom and block, between theology and street, between corporate precision and maternal directness — without code-switching, without apology, without translation.

- She has been edited, softened, narrowed, and redirected by rooms, platforms, people, and industries for a long time. She allowed some of it. She is done allowing it. This book is the first time her voice is arriving in print the way it actually sounds when she is whole.

**THE TEST OF EVERY SENTENCE**

***If she would not say it out loud with that same energy, it does not belong on the page.***

That is the only standard. Not formality. Not academic polish. Not market-tested palatability. Spoken truth. If the sentence would not come out of her mouth at the dinner table, on a keynote stage, or in a 2 a.m. voice memo — it does not belong in her book.

**THE SIGNATURE LINE**

***Move Ma live, Ma. For real. Seriously.***

This line belongs at or near the close of the Author's Note. It is the voice stamping itself on the reader's first breath with the book. "Move Ma" was the author's first word. Carrying it into the Author's Note creates a sacred bookend: the instruction that has moved through her from birth is now moving through her onto the page.

*The reader who can hear that line and lean in is the reader the book was written for. The reader who flinches can close the book and find something else. That is discernment, not rejection.*

**THE READER THIS BOOK CHOOSES**

The Author's Note functions as a filter — not in a harsh way, but in a clarifying way. Readers who need everything sanded smooth will self-select out in the first few paragraphs. Readers who have been starving for a voice that does not flinch, does not perform, does not pretend — those readers will lean all the way in. That is the correct sorting. The book is not for everyone. It is for those it is for.

**ON THE FAITH POSTURE OF THE AUTHOR — NEW**

The voice the reader meets in this book is a woman led by the Holy Spirit. She is also a woman who reads the signs God Godself installed in the sky on day four of creation. She is a woman who understands Genesis 1:14 as a commissioning. Who recognizes the daughters of Issachar as scripturally honored for understanding the times. Who knows the wise men followed a star. The Author's Note and all subsequent work rejects the false choice between being *led by the Holy Spirit* and being *literate in the full revelation God has given.* Both belong to her. Both belong in the work.

The Bible in the book is not the weaponized version that was used to strip authority from the people it was meant to crown. It is the inheritance version — the one that understands kingship and queenship as birthright, stewardship as calling, and quiet power as the true posture of authority. The Word and the witness both come from the same Source.

**ON HOW THE BOOK SPEAKS ABOUT GOD — NEW**

The book refuses to default-masculine when speaking about God. God is not shrunk into *He* across pronoun space. God is *both and*. Source. The I Am. The One in whom masculine and feminine originate. Genesis 1:27 — *male and female God created them* — both came out of the one image. Elohim is plural in form, singular in meaning. Ruach is feminine in grammar. Wisdom speaks as a woman in Proverbs 8.

Across every book in the series, every chapter, every line of author voice, when a pronoun would normally go for God, the name *God* or *Godself* is used. The Holy Spirit is referenced by name — Holy Spirit, the Spirit — without pronouns. Jesus is referenced by name, as Jesus, as the brother who did not split, as the master teacher who embodied Source on earth without barrier.

This is not progressive revisionism. This is scriptural return. The default-He is cultural overlay. The author is returning to what the whole revelation already held.

*Godself is God bringing God into humanity — the way Jesus did.*

**ON THE AUTHOR'S RELATIONSHIP WITH TOOLS**

The Author's Note may also acknowledge, briefly and without ceremony, that the book was produced through dictation and editorial reflection — not through ghostwriting, not through content generation. This sets integrity terms for readers who are increasingly skeptical of how books are made in the current era. The author's discernment held the line throughout the process: the voice preserved belongs to her; the tool served; she did not idolize the tool or surrender her authority to it.

*This acknowledgment does not have to be long. A sentence or two. But its presence signals to discerning readers — especially fellow authors, editors, and industry people — that this book was built with integrity, not assembled by machine.*

# **The Author, The Artist, The Architecture**

An important structural distinction must be held across the entire series — and especially at the points where the book meets the reader's world: the bio, the Author's Note, the back matter, the marketing.

**SCHERMISIA IS THE ARTIST**

The person is not a brand. She is the creative source. Author. Speaker. Poet. Musician. Visual artist. Producer. Visionary. Every entity in the ecosystem exists to produce, house, or distribute what comes through her — not to replace or overshadow her.

**THE FOUR NAMES — ONE WHOLE PERSON — UPDATED**

Four names operate across distinct contexts. Each name is a real identity, not a persona. Each name is active in a specific cultural space. Together they hold the full range of her life and work.

- **Schermisia D. Chambers** — the professional author, framework leader, strategist, and keynote speaker. Boardrooms, book covers, certifications, advisory contracts. *Books under this name:* The Visionary Blueprint · The Visionary Blueprint Workbook · The Visionary Powerhouse.

- **Schermisia Diona** — the literary personal and spiritual author. Long-form devotional work. Intimate writing. Books written as gifts from someone who loves the reader. *Books under this name:* Be Present. Stay Free. · The Visionary Blueprint: Rest, Rise, Repeat.

- **Misi Diona** — the personal and devotional public voice. Children's books and intergenerational legacy work. Short-form devotional pieces. Podcast hosting for devotional content. Live community communication. The name the people closest to her use. *Works under this name:* children's series in development · devotional essays and spoken-word pieces including Surgery (Move Ma Live Episode 1) · Move Ma Live host name for devotional episodes.

- **Move Ma** — the artist and speaker stage name. Cultural activation. Movement. Platform identity. Live performance. The name the artist and speaker community uses. Also — and this is sacred — Move Ma is her very first word as a child. A name that came from her own mouth before anyone taught her anything. *Works under this name:* Move Ma Live podcast host name for cultural/artist episodes · live performance · poetry · music · speaking engagements.

***Move Ma is a name, not a brand. A name three layers deep: origin, artist recognition, speaker recognition.***

Three of her names come from her given name (Schermisia, Diona, Misi). One came from her own mouth before she had language for what she was saying (Move Ma). That makes Move Ma the most self-originated name she carries — and the name the culture keeps calling her back to. That is not coincidence. That is a name that has been calling itself into her life since infancy.

**NAME ROTATION ON MOVE MA LIVE PODCAST**

For the Move Ma Live podcast, the host name rotates based on episode type:
- Devotional / spiritual / solo think piece episodes = hosted by **Misi Diona**
- Cultural / artist interview / community / live performance episodes = hosted by **Move Ma**
- Strategy / professional / framework episodes = hosted by **Schermisia**

*The name the listener hears tells them what kind of conversation is about to happen. The rotation itself IS the show's signature.*

## **THE INDUSTRY PARALLEL**

This structure mirrors how every serious multi-hyphenate artist operates. Beyoncé is the artist; Parkwood Entertainment is the production company; BeyGood is the foundation. Rihanna is the artist; Fenty is the product company; Clara Lionel Foundation is the nonprofit; Roc Nation is the management. But note a further layer: Beyoncé is also a NAME the culture calls her — just as Move Ma is a name the artist and speaker communities call Schermisia. The name precedes the brand. The brand serves the name.

Schermisia is in good structural company here. This is not unusual. It is mature.

The book should NOT try to list every entity on a single footer. That clutters the page and collapses the artist into a brand architecture. Instead, the book uses two deliberate contact points:

One line. That is enough. It honors the name without promoting a platform. ## **NAMING — WHAT IS IN, WHAT IS NOT**

The public-facing name architecture is finalized. These are the ONLY names used across books, bios, platforms, contracts, marketing, and public materials:

- **Schermisia D. Chambers** — professional / publishing / advisory.
- **Schermisia Diona** — personal / spiritual / devotional literary author.
- **Misi Diona** — children's books, short-form devotional pieces, live community voice, devotional podcast hosting.
- **Move Ma** — artist and speaker community, live platforms, stage identity, cultural podcast hosting.

The spelling **MISIA** is NOT part of the architecture and is not to be used in any book, bio, platform, contract, credit, or marketing material — ever. It is a misspelling introduced historically by family members who were not present in the author's day-to-day life, and it carries none of her sovereignty. The correct short form of her name — the one given by those who actually raised her and know her — is **MISI**.

*Any draft, external edit, or published material that renders the name as MISIA must be corrected to MISI immediately. This is a non-negotiable voice and identity standard.*

## **SUMMARY OF CHANGES FROM THE ORIGINAL WORKING NOTE**

For cross-reference with the original Working Note from April 17, 2026, the following architectural changes were made on April 18, 2026:

**Faith posture added.** Both/and theology for God. Godself language replaces default-He. Word and witness posture. Jesus named as the brother who did not split. Sovereign faith framing established as the standard across all author work.

**Four-name architecture refined.** Misi Diona expanded from children's-books-only to a full personal/devotional voice that hosts devotional podcast content and publishes short-form spiritual essays. Still carries children's work. The expansion does not displace any prior usage — it clarifies that Misi Diona has always carried more than children's work; the architecture now names it.

**Move Ma Family expanded.** From two levels (name + platform) to a full family of five arms under Move Ma Inc: Resilient Records, Move Ma Media, Move Ma Speaks, Move Ma Live, Move Ma Global.
